November 2022 – Green Apple 2022

Joseph picked up the Green Apple Award for Briar’s critical role in implementing Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals Green Plan. The Green Plan not only covers emissions from buildings (fossil fuels, electricity), and transport, but it begins to capture other environmental impacts, including waste, procurement, medical gases, patient and staff travel and biodiversity. The Plan also includes commitments to the Greener NHS programme targets. Download the case study here

 

June 2022 – South East Regional Energy Efficiency Awards 

Mel and Katie picked up another certificate commending us for Consultancy of the Year. The recognition comes from our work with Trinity School, helping them identify carbon savings, save money and create revenue, well done to everyone involved!

May 2022 – South West Regional Energy Efficiency Awards

Our continued efforts to delight our customers was recognised at the South West Regional Energy Efficiency Awards! Cameron and Ian picked up our certificate commending us for Consultancy of the Year. Well done team!

April 2022 – North West Regional Energy Efficiency Awards

We were commended for Consultancy of the Year  at the North West Regional Energy Efficiency Awards, for our work with Wellington School, where we identified significant annual cost and carbon savings around its estate. Dannii and Richard attended the ceremony, where they picked up our certificate. It looked like a great night!

April 2022 – West Midlands Regional Energy Efficiency Awards

We recently celebrated another win at the Regional Energy Efficiency Awards, where we took home the trophy for Consultancy of the Year for the West Midlands. James and Joseph enjoyed this great evening, where they picked up the award on behalf of Zenergi, thanks Guys! 

March 2022 – London Regional Energy Efficiency Awards

The lovely Katie and Mel picked up Consultancy of the Year on behalf of Zenergi, recognising our 15+ year relationship with Royal Brompton and Harefield hospitals and specifically, our recent work on delivering its Green Plan.

December 2021 – The National SME Business Awards – Employer of the Year – Finalist

We were pleased to be selected as a finalist for ‘Employer of the year’ at the National SME Business Awards. The nomination recognises businesses’ dedication to looking after their people and how this directly affects the business as a result.

November 2021 – The Green Organisation – Silver Green Apple Award – Best Environmental Practice in the Carbon Reduction category

This recognised our work helping one of our public sector customers to decarbonise 93 buildings, including 56 schools. With our team’s help, the client was successfully awarded over £24 million of Salix funding to implement solar PV; LED lighting, Air Source Heat Pumps and more.

October 2021 – Big Sustainability Awards – Project of the Year in Education

We were awarded ‘Project of the Year in Education’ at the Southern Sustainability Partnership’s Big Sustainability Awards. This award recognised our successes in helping schools decarbonise their buildings.

September 2021 – West Midlands Energy Efficiency Awards – Small Project of the Year

We took home the award for ‘Small Project of the Year’ at the West Midlands Energy Efficiency Awards. This award recognised Briar’s work on Wolverhampton University’s Carbon Management plan, which identified 242 carbon saving opportunities throughout the estate. During the night, we were also commended for ‘Large Project of the Year’, following the complete refurbishment of Henley Green Medical Centre.

August 2021 – Investors In People – Silver Award

In August 2021, we achieved ‘We Invest in People (IIP)’ accreditation. We were delighted to be awarded Silver, as only 15% of organisations who are assessed achieve that level!
