We are excited to announce that on 19-20 October 2021, we will be exhibiting at the Healthcare Estates Conference at Manchester Central. This event is the UK’s largest for Healthcare Estates, Engineers and Facilities Management Professionals and we’re ready to help discuss our solutions for supporting the sector in meeting its ambitious Net Zero targets as set out in the Greener NHS Programme.
This year’s event will be presented as a hybrid delivery model composing of a five-day online conference on October 18-22, alongside a two-day live exhibition in Manchester Central on October 19-20.
Speaking at the event will be our very own Gail Scholes. She will be discussing how the NHS can address the challenge of Net Zero, and talking about how the pandemic has set us back In reaching climate change targets due to the increase in single-use plastics, pandemic priorities, and with hospitals at full capacity. She’ll discuss how the scale and pace needs to be accelerated if we are to reach net zero by 2045. And she will talk about how we need an energy system that can meet this demand, and the concerted effort needed from all stakeholders to overcome these challenges. Gail will also present case studies of NHS customers who are successfully transforming on their journey to Net Zero. Gail’s session is on Monday at 2.00 p.m., so be sure not to miss her!
Joining Gail on the day at our stand, B28, is our energy expert, Roy Jordan, who will be available to discuss solutions to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. We will also be giving out lots of Zen goodies, so don’t forget to stop by!
