Demand Side Management

Many people feel there is little they can do when it comes to managing when they consume their energy. However, Zenergi can work with you to devise a strategy that works with the national needs, helping to avoid peak periods and allowing you to reap the financial rewards.

What is Demand Side Management?

Demand Side Management, sometimes referred to as Load Management, is a system that ensures enough electricity is available during peak times. This is achieved by shifting loads on the grid based on market signals.

Large energy users with varied usage patterns can benefit from this system by being flexible and amending their usage based on pricing signals which would allow them to reduce their electricity costs. This can be particularly lucrative for sites which have their own power generation sources.
