How often do Display Energy Certificates need to be renewed?

Display Energy Certificates (DECs) must be renewed annually for buildings with a total useful floor area over 1,000m². For smaller buildings (between 250m² and 1,000m²), the DEC must be renewed every 10 years.

How do I obtain a Display Energy Certificate?
