School Business Managers, Finance professionals, Senior leaders; and Estates staff from schools and Trusts across Essex came together to network, meet with subject matter experts, gain CPD from informative talks, and learn about the products and services that can save their schools time and money at the first event of the series in Zenergi’s 2023 Invest In You conference at Hylands House, Chelmsford, on 21 June.

This week, we’re recognising and supporting the importance of the mental health and wellbeing of our people at Zenergi as part of mental health awareness week. 

Here at Zenergi we know that employee wellbeing is fundamental to a successful business which is one of the reasons it was a key focus for us in 2022, where we undertook a variety of activities to help our team feel better equipped to manage their own wellbeing, while ensuring we had resources in place to support everybody.

Ahead of Deaf Awareness Week (1 -7 May), one of our Zen family members who is hard of hearing themselves has shared some insightful information to help raise awareness of the challenges those with hearing loss may face. Internally we shared this information to ensure all of our team understand how to improve communication with those who may struggle with hearing. Now, let’s dive into some of the brilliant work from our Zen family colleague. 

Ramadan is the 9th month of the Islamic Calendar which is based on the lunar cycle and is considered the holiest of months. It is a month of fasting and the month where the first revelation of the Quran came to the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
