Phase 4 Public Sector Low Carbon Skills Fund

The Phase 4 Public Sector Low Carbon Skills Fund (LCSF) is a crucial grant program designed to support public sector organisations in developing robust heat decarbonisation plans, performing energy audits, and creating carbon reduction strategies.
