Power Direct Ltd’s Namesake in the spotlight for the wrong reasons

You may be aware of an online electrical goods retailer also going under the name of Power Direct, which has been offering appalling levels of service and failing to deliver products, without refund.

This has resulted in a number of negative online reviews and angry phone calls being incorrectly sent in our direction.

We are pleased to hear the retailer has now received national attention on a recent episode of the BBC’s Rip-Off Britain. Watch the episode here.

Again, we would like to reaffirm that we have no connection with this company who Power Direct unfortunately share a name with. We hope anyone who has been let down by this company can now receive the refunds they are entitled to and the perpetrators are penalised accordingly.
