Zenergi adds Telecoms into its full suite of utility offerings for customers

Zenergi adds Telecoms into its full suite of utility offerings for customers

Zenergi has announced the addition of a telecoms (Comms) offering to customers, including fixed, mobile and cloud-based telecommunications and data connectivity solutions.

The addition of the Comms service comes with Zenergi’s continued growth, with the services being delivered by the DB Comms division of the Zenergi family, who bring more than 25 years’ experience of providing tailored telecoms services to organisations across the Public and Private sector alike.

It means that, for the first time, Zenergi customers will be able to procure all their utilities through one trusted partner with a point of contact to resolve all queries in just one call or email to their Relationship Manager.

Zenergi’s new Comms offering can meet all of our customer’s current and future telecoms requirements. As well as delivering the right solution for each organisation, it comes with the unparalleled customer service customers have come to expect from Zenergi, helping make life simple and straightforward. The team manage, support and invoice all services centrally, offering a truly joined up service for all telephony services, with sales, support, provisioning, installs, training and billing all handled in-house

Future-proof your organisation with integrated comms

The addition of the telecoms service comes at a time when the industry is preparing for a period of significant change as we prepare to switch off the ISDN and PSTN Telephony networks in 2025 – this will change the way that every home and business make and receive phone calls and they way that they are able to access the internet.

This Digital Switch Off in 2025 will bring real benefit to UK organisations, allowing them to streamline services and reduce costs. Zenergi can help customers to benefit from integrating this into their fixed and remote working strategies, transforming the way they communicate at work, by integrating voice, video, chat, collaboration, and contact centre functionality into a single platform.

Speaking of the integration of the DB Comms division, Zenergi’s CEO, Graham Cooke, said:
