Our service is designed to support organisations in the implementation of an energy management system that meets the requirements of ISO50001.
We will establish where existing procedures meet the standard and what additional procedures are required, detailing the changes that need to be made – including the estimated costs and any potential savings.
Once implemented, we will complete an energy review, establishing the energy covered by the energy management system, the significant energy users and their energy consumption, performance indicators, a baseline energy and agreed energy reduction targets.
An energy audit will identify energy reduction opportunities which would be recorded on a project register, identifying timescales for likely actions to be implemented. Monitoring and targeting of energy performance would be undertaken, demonstrating energy performance against established targets.
After measures have been implemented, we will review energy consumption data to verify and quantify benefits from the implemented measures.
