This workshop gives practical advice on how you can measure and improve the performance of all your support functions to include preparing service level agreements, reporting on key performance indicators and dealing with underperforming business staff.

The Post Pandemic Picture – Reflection, Recovery and Resilience
This session will explore the staffing issues which are likely to require attention post pandemic if they are not managed during the pandemic. We will look forward with a view to supporting staff and senior leaders and look at simple but effective ways to manage staff issues.

We have been talking about the pressures on School Business Managers for a long time now and the recent experiences of lockdown, reopening and keeping the show on the road have increased all the pressures that we have been discussing. This session will draw on other sessions that David has been doing recently, but will develop them further and really tackle the question ‘Is this a real opportunity for change for the better?’
