We are pleased to announce that we have launched a Graduate Scheme. Five graduates have joined our new programme where they will spend six months at Zenergi, with placements within different departments around the business to develop an understanding of Zenergi, learn new skills, and help to kickstart their careers.

Chris Jermy, Zenergi’s Head of Business Development and Graduate Scheme leader, said: “We’re really proud to launch our new graduate scheme and to be able to offer this opportunity at a time when graduates are facing huge challenges trying to enter the workforce. The standard of applications was exceptional and our five successful graduates have already got off to a flying start. We’re looking forward to nurturing our new talent and supporting their development as we work together on some exciting new projects.”

Here’s what the grads had to say about their experiences so far…
“Joining the Zenergi training programme has been an easy transition to working life, as everyone has been friendly and accommodating. Training was well structured and it gave us a good understanding of the programme and the company itself. Working within the  office has made it easier to feel like part of the team, as we are included in various activities and discussions.” Jay

“I would describe my experience with Zenergi as positive, friendly and engaging. Everyone was very welcoming and the training sessions were beneficial. I’ll look forward to learning more about the company and this industry and completing more projects in the future.” Hrushik

“The first few weeks of the Zenergi Graduate scheme have been nothing short of exciting. Having had the opportunity to learn about the company through the thorough training program we’re now been given the opportunity to support the sales team with a data intelligence project. Having the opportunity to enter a new industry, learn new skills, meet new people and grow as a person has been rewarding. Looking forward to the next few months ahead !” Aida

“I am about to close my second week as a part of the Zen family, after enrolling onto the companies Graduate Scheme. Everyone around the office has been so accommodating and welcoming in my tenure thus far and finally feel as if I’m finally settling into my role and the task at hand. The introductory seminars were a breath of fresh air and made me feel at home from the get-go, providing a smooth transition from classroom to office. The fellow grads are very pleasant as well – I’m slowly gauging the idea that we may have formed our own little team in Zen headquarters. Here’s to the future and what it may hold…” Jack

‘After completing my first month at Zenergi, I can safely say I have really enjoyed my new role in the Graduate Scheme and getting to know all the different teams in the office. Our training week provided a nice introduction to everyone else’s roles, as well as our own. Everyone has been really welcoming and I think we have transitioned well into the company and our own mini-team.’ Florence

Alongside the graduate programme we have also launched an apprenticeship programme. The Apprentice position will offer the opportunity to complete a Level 3 and Level 4 qualification in Business Administration, with a permanent position upon successful completion.
