ACQUISITION OF APOLLO ENERGY BY ZENERGI GROUP LTD

Zenergi continues to grow and benefit even more customers

We are delighted to be able to announce that Apollo Energy have joined the Zenergi Family.

The acquisition of the business is great news for Apollo and Zenergi, with shared customer service cultures and values, the acquisition will enable customers to benefit from the combined expertise as well as access to the fantastic technical services of Zenergi.

Apollo Energy will continue to trade under its own brand as part of the Zenergi Group for the foreseeable future with more news to follow as we move into the next phase of this journey to understand how each organisation can benefit from this great combination.

Jackie and Eddie Gray, Co-Founders of Apollo Energy are staying on to oversee the integration into the wider group and said;

Apollo are very strong in various sectors including Housing, Transport, Retail and the wider public and private sector and we will be able to offer more services inhouse with the expertise within the Zenergi group. The focus of Apollo Energy on the Housing sector and their site work expertise is also something we recognise the value in as we see very similar behaviours and requirements to our existing customer base and hopefully we can learn from each other’s experience and help drive our future growth.
