FAQ

Q: Our electric is due to expire in September, how far in advance should we look at renewing our contract?

A: If you have a renewal coming up in the next 18-months, now is the time to be looking at entering a flexible contract and for us to start undertaking the trading for you as part of a risk managed strategy.

Q: In the current climate, is a flexible contract always going to be a better than a fixed contract?

A: There is no guarantee that a flexible contract is going to be better as it is completely market dependent.  The flexible strategy purely allows the risk of purchasing to be spread out over a much more significant period of time therefore reducing the risk of fixing on one day and hoping that was a good day.

Q: Can you provide details on the targeted charging review?

A: Yes, you can find details on our website, here Targeted Charging Review (TCR) Update | Zenergi

Q: Please can you provide documentation that would explain in simple terms, the options available for fixed and flexible contracts?

A: Yes, you can find details on our website here.
