In a fast-changing and increasingly complex energy landscape, we know our clients rely on us to provide responsive support, practical solutions and trusted guidance every day.

We are proud to have achieved an NPS score of +64 in March 2026. This places Zenergi within the NPS “excellent” category, with a significant proportion of our clients scoring us 9/10 and 10/10.

By listening to feedback and constantly working to improve and strengthen our services, our results demonstrate the positive experience we continue to deliver across every stage our  clients’ journeys with us.

A Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a globally recognised measure of customer loyalty and advocacy, helping organisations understand how likely clients are to recommend their services to others. Score results range from -100 to +100. Generally, any positive score is classed as “good”, while scores above +50 are widely regarded as “excellent”.
