We recently received responses from our 2015 Net Promoter Score customer survey (more of this to come later) but just look at some of the comments below our customers volunteered! During a year when many energy suppliers had major issues it is so great to see that our customers value the work we are doing on their behalf.

As a company we couldn’t be prouder of the work our team does on a daily basis to help our customers, however to receive these comments is quite honestly mind blowing and very humbling…
