Another great result for one of our Schools. Well done Jodie

Jodie has spent the last 8 months working on an SMS metering issue for one of her schools and after much frustration and numerous knock backs she has not only got the query resolved but obtained the school a goodwill gesture of £1,000 too. What a great feeling it is to help resolve the query and handle everything on the customers behalf through what has been such a testing time but to also be able to add some money back into the budget and the bottom line for a school which is currently in deficit really puts the cherry on the top
