David joins Zenergi at an exciting time for the business, bringing with him over 15 years of operational and commercial leadership experience across professional services, telecommunications, technology, SaaS and IOT. With a proven track record of driving operational excellence and scaling businesses, David’s appointment marks an important step in Zenergi’s next phase of growth.
David most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Moorepay, where he successfully led the transformation of a PE-backed payroll and HR SaaS provider into a scalable, customer-centric business. Prior to that, he held instrumental roles at Arqiva and Vodafone Group, where he built and scaled large operational teams, introduced innovative technologies and significantly improved customer satisfaction and service delivery.
In his new role at Zenergi, David will focus on refining and activating the company’s strategic ambitions, building on its strong foundations to deliver sustainable growth and further strengthen Zenergi’s customer partnerships. His extensive operational expertise, commercial acumen and passion for building engaged, high-performing teams make him the ideal leader to take the business forward.
