St John’s School is an independent co-educational day and boarding school that was founded in 1851 and moved to its current 50-acre site in Leatherhead, Surrey, in 1872. Like many historic schools, its estate blends Victorian heritage with modern architecture, and the estates team runs a continuous programme of refurbishment. These projects often require energy infrastructure changes, such as new connections, upgrades and disconnections.

A team effort
