Every school has its own challenges to navigate and priorities to address. That’s why PR Associates created Service Level Agreements (SLAs) designed to meet the needs of over 100 schools. This ensures that each school only pays for the specific service levels they require and that expenditure is not wasted in unnecessary areas.

Making an impact

We’ve been working closely with PR Associates for over eight years. It means we’re able to seamlessly support both them and the schools covered within the SLAs. Specifically, Zenergi’s role is to deliver three services: Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and Recommendation Reports, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), and TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections.
