From the start, our experienced team of mechanical and electrical consultants worked closely with Elevate Property Group, Naismiths and a diverse range of delivery partners to understand the project’s ambitious sustainability goals. We met regularly and planned collaboratively, developing a comprehensive approach to deliver luxury living standards, together with meaningful environmental benefits. We put our 30+ years of expertise in large-scale low carbon mechanical and electrical engineering projects to good use, assembling the right team from our expert colleagues for this high-profile development.
We designed and coordinated the full Mechanical and Electrical Services package, including design, drawings and specifications – focusing on technologies that would minimise long-term energy consumption. Our solution included a centralised heating system provided by a domestic district heating network serving all 216 apartments, LED lighting for energy efficiency throughout the development and electric vehicle charging points to support residents’ transition to cleaner transport. We also managed all new metered utility connections and developed detailed specifications that prioritised energy efficiency.
The project delivered exactly what Elevate Property Group and Naismiths envisioned – a luxury development that demonstrates genuine commitment to sustainability. Our energy assessors produced Energy Performance Certificates upon completion, confirming the development’s efficiency credentials. The inherently low carbon technologies we installed will benefit residents, providing long-term energy efficiency, while the electric vehicle charging infrastructure will keep the development future-ready as transport continues to evolve.
