Ready Zen Grow – Sunflower Growing Competition 2022

We were delighted to launch our annual sunflower growing competition #ReadyZenGrow for the third year running in April. Lots of our own team took part, alongside schools and care homes across the UK spreading some sunshine and #PositiveEnergy.

Participants who shared progress of their sunflowers in pictures were entered into our prize draw for either a £50 gardening voucher, a volunteering day from the Zenergi team, or a £50 donation towards a current or upcoming project!

We received a heap of entries and our winner was picked at random on Friday 15 July…

Well done to Meadowfield Primary School and thank you to everyone who took part. Our winners opted for a gardening voucher. We hope it encourages more green fingers and hope you’ll join again for the next ready, zen GROW!

Our Head of Marketing’s daughter planted the surplus seeds and sold the plants at a local school event to raise funds for the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal, raising £168 which has been matched by Zenergi!
