In this next phase of the partnership, organisations can access a Heat Pump installation with no up-front costs, just a monthly fee. The Heat-as-a-Service initiative leases the technology to organisations, with repayments typically taking place over a term of 7-15 years.
Our partnership with Centrica is enabling organisations to truly move the dial when it comes to accelerating decarbonisation efforts. With our new offer, organisations can transition away from fossil-fuelled heating in a cost-effective way. Clients can access an energy-efficient Heat Pump without any upfront expense, helping to achieve their energy, cost and carbon reduction objectives more easily.”

The initiative offers a choice of five Heat Pump technologies to suit different budget and site requirements – air-source, ground-source, water-source, waste heat-source, or cascade. It also offers three different funding options, including a fixed monthly fee, a set p/kWh, or a combination of the two.
In addition, the solution includes comprehensive maintenance, offering complete peace of mind and ensuring organisations gain maximum benefit. This includes a regular schedule of preventative maintenance to reduce the risk of faults and outages, rapid repairs should a fault occur, and remote performance monitoring.
As a low or zero-carbon solution, Heat Pumps can provide heating from 40°C up to 165°C and reduce an organisation’s carbon emissions by up to 66%, compared to a gas boiler. This will improve as renewables on the grid grow, reducing their carbon impact further. If Solar PV is used to power the Heat Pump, then it can be considered carbon neutral. We’re delighted to continue our partnership with Zenergi, helping to put meaningful decarbonisation and net zero ambitions in reach of more organisations. Without any capital investment, Zenergi’s clients can now access a Heat Pump and we can make it really easy by taking care of the design, build, installation, finance and maintenance all under one roof.”
