Zenergi appoints Leanne Cinderby as Chief Operating Officer

Zenergi is pleased to announce the appointment of Leanne Cinderby as its new Chief Operating Officer.

Leanne joins the business at a pivotal moment as Zenergi continues to strengthen its operations and enhance its customer-focused approach.

Leanne brings over 25 years of experience in driving operational excellence and delivering business transformation across a range of sectors. Her appointment marks a significant step in Zenergi’s journey to build a more connected, efficient, and scalable organisation.

Leanne began her career at Centrica before moving into senior roles at Lloyds Bank and Deloitte, where she supported organisations in improving operational performance and customer delivery. More recently, she has led major improvement and digital transformation programmes at The Royal Mint and Aldermore Bank, and served as Chief Operating Officer at Amber Energy, focusing on building a more efficient and scalable operating model.
